About
Marianne Moran.
A Florida attorney who serves as an independent professional trustee, running trusts faithfully, in the open, and with the people who depend on them kept informed.
She carries the whole of it herself (the legal work, the accountings, the day-to-day decisions) and answers for each one directly. No committee, no handoffs, and no corner of the trust that no one will sit down and explain.

Marianne Moran is a Florida attorney who serves as an independent professional trustee. She's been a member of The Florida Bar since 2008, and her practice centers on trusts and estates (trust administration, estate planning, probate, and trust and estate litigation), representing both beneficiaries and fiduciaries.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. from the University of North Florida, and belongs to the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
As trustee, Marianne wears the fiduciary hat herself, which means the legal work, the accountings, and the day-to-day decisions all run through one person who answers to the trust and its beneficiaries. She keeps people informed, explains the parts of the process that tend to worry families in plain English, and weighs whether a step is worth its cost before spending the trust's money.
Her trustee work is offered through Moran Trust and backed by Moran & Associates (Moran Law), a Palm Beach firm serving clients since 1975, with offices in Palm Beach and Tequesta.
